The Kentucky Florists’ Association (KFA) offers full-tuition scholarships for the Florists’ Education Program of Kentucky (FEPK), including both the Beginner’s Course and the Kentucky Master Florist Certification Course.
The Beginner’s Course is designed for florists with three years or less experience and provides a strong foundation in floral design, covering principles and elements of design, funeral work, and wedding design. The Kentucky Master Florist Certification Course is an in-depth, six-day program focused on advanced design techniques, care and handling of flowers and plants, marketing, customer relations, and business operations.
Scholarship recipients receive full tuition for the selected program. Applicants must be members of the Kentucky Florists’ Association or employed by a KFA member. Scholarships are non-transferable.
We encourage applicants to complete the online scholarship application, as this is the fastest and easiest way to apply.
Special note you or your employee must be a member of KFA to register for either FEPK program.
Applicants may also choose to download and complete a paper application.
