About The Convention

The Kentucky Florists’ Association’s Annual Convention brings together florists, wholesalers, educators, and students for three days of education, competition, recognition, and community.

Over three days, attendees will enjoy:

  • Educational Sessions – hands-on workshops, design demonstrations, and business insights.
     

  • Competitions – including Designer of the Year, Novice Contest, FFA Contest, and the Heart of America contest
     

  • Networking – connect with peers, suppliers, and leaders in the floral industry.
     

  • Celebration & Recognition – gala dinner, awards, Hall of Fame inductions, and more.
     

  • Trade Fair – vendors and wholesalers showcasing the latest floral products, tools, and supplies.
     

You must be a KFA Member to attend our Annual Convention.

Registration

Convention Registration Fee: $399 per person

FFA / Horticulture Student Convention Ticket: $249 per person 

Single Day and Additional Gala Only Tickets Available

Your registration includes:

  • Admission to all educational sessions with industry-leading speakers and floral educators

  • Participation in hands-on workshops with renowned floral designers (materials provided)

  • Networking events with florists, students, and educators

  • A seat at the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony (Single Day tickets do not include the Gala Dinner)

  • Eligibility to enter KFA design competitions

Designer Competitions

The 2026 KFA Annual Convention features several exciting design competitions, including , Designer of the Year, Novice Contest, FFA Contest, and the Heart of America Contest.

To participate, you must be a current KFA member and registered for the Annual Convention. Separate registration is also required for each competition.
