Important Information

Please review the following before completing your purchase:

  • Full payment is required to secure sponsorship

  • Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until payment is received

  • Sponsors must provide logo, artwork, and any required materials for inclusion in benefits

  • All materials must be submitted by June 19, 2026

  • Ad artwork must be print-ready (PDF, JPG, or PNG)

  • KFA is not responsible for errors in submitted materials

  • Failure to submit materials by the deadline may result in loss of benefits without refund

  • All sponsorships are final (no refunds)

  • KFA reserves the right to refuse or remove any sponsor or materials not aligned with event standards

  • Sponsors grant KFA permission to use their name and logo for promotional purposes
